A well-known dealership based in West Sussex are looking to add a Service Advisor to their dynamic team. If you are an enthusiastic individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has outstanding customer satisfaction skills, an outgoing personality, self-motivated and driven. We want to hear from you!
This role requires high levels of customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will possess the technical knowledge, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service.
Successful Service Advisors are ambitious problem-solvers and skilled multi-taskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet each customer as soon as they drive up
- Inspect each vehicle with a thorough walk around & documentation of any damages
- Give the customer an explanation of the services we will be performing and an estimate for the repairs, with an estimated time to complete the repair.
- Follow up with all in process repairs, update customers on the status of their repair or any changes to the pickup time.
- Ability to meet the company's production and quality standards
- Various other duties
Good Customer Service
Good upsell experience
Salary and Benefits
Up to £23,000 Basic OTE £35,000
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30
1-3 Saturday - 08:00-12:30
