With your thorough expertise in recruitment, your knowledge of Employer Branding and the labor market trends, you will help lift Talent Acquisition within the Proximus Group to a higher level! You play a key role in our War for Talent strategic project and you are part of a cross-company Talent Acquisition team. Gen Y-Z has no secrets for you!
You are responsible for the permanent monitoring of relevant metrics on recruitment activities and make proposals to drastically improve performance (time to hire, quality of hire, etc.).
You help determine the best sourcing strategy per talent persona in order to attract the right candidates in the most efficient way and to anticipate future needs.
You have knowledge of the possibilities of digitalization of the hiring process and implement tools and processes that improve our candidate experience. You participate in the continuous improvement of the onboarding app.
You determine which digital tests will be used and you outline the processes so that the hiring process with recruiters, support teams, hiring managers, HR partners, etc. will run efficiently.
You are responsible for the design of the 'Graduate' program.
You coordinate the selections of the senior leadership and are the contact for the search and assessment partners for executive positions.
You take the lead in ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects and maintain contacts with business leads and hunting agencies.
You are the face of Proximus for contacts with our main external contacts like search and recruitment organizations, key players in the labor and recruitment market.
You know and stay constantly informed of the dynamics of the job market and maintain a network with the key players.
Thorough expertise and pronounced passion for the world of Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition (min 3 to 8 years seniority).
Experience in a recruitment or consulting firm is an asset.
Interest in the evolution of digitalization of the recruitment process and knowledge of selection methods and techniques.
Knowledge of social media and job boards.
Conceptual thinking combined with a structured, pragmatic project approach.
Excellent digital communication skills.
Team player and role model in working in cross-functional/departmental teams.
Very good knowledge of NL, FR & ENG.
