Primary Function of Position:

The Corporate Planning team offers a unique opportunity to help guide the company's financial future. This role will lead the transition of financial planning systems across the finance org. The role collaborates with Corporate Operations FP&A, Product Operations FP&A, Commercial Operations FP&A, and executive stakeholders to deeply understand the company's various planning processes. The ideal candidate is a systems-thinker and problem-solver, with the ability to apply financial and accounting acumen in development of solutions and process improvements.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the SME and assist with design and implementations as we build and grow Financial Planning systems. Partner closely with Program Management and IT on the solutions and implementation efforts

• Help to execute on our system strategy roadmap including, gathering, and documenting requirements for finance users, testing system improvements, conducting UAT and communicate progress to stakeholders

• Perform user requirements analysis, facilitate business process design sessions, and identify gaps, issues, and risk area

• Provide training and technical support to the broader FP&A team

• Understand the required data structures needed to build highly flexible models which can be dynamically updated as our business changes

Leverage data visualization and analytics tools like Tableau or PowerBI help the FP&A team "level up" our reporting and analysis
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
  • Background in financial/multi-dimensional modeling, data analytics, business intelligence, 5+ years of work experience in a highly analytical role
  • Excellent problem solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills with passion for modeling
  • Innovative mindset, drawing from personal experiences with the ability to challenge the status quo and offer new ways of thinking about most complex issues
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and requirements with a positive can-do attitude; Proven track record building positive relationships across a large organization to define and implement financial objectives and enabling change
  • Keen understanding of core FP&A processes
  • Ability to influence others, and drive alignment on priorities with senior management
  • Experience/Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, EPM tools like Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP BPC
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan, SAP BPC, IBM TM1/Cognos, Oracle Hyperion, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, or similar technologies (preferred)
