The Solution Delivery Analyst for GAMMA Lighthouse Enablement Team plays a critical role in supporting case teams and clients as they derive insights out of BCG's 50+ subscriptions to high-granularity data. He or she will independently manage case relationships and contribute to shaping our strategic delivery and product approach together with senior business leaders.

Key activities will include supporting case teams, gathering requirements, setting up the front-end portal for new teams, and driving business value through optimal data asset usage. Other enablement-related activities include preparing 3rd party data, managing case and client-requested data query changes, and training cases and client's end users. In doing so, the Solution Delivery Analyst will interact directly with both BCG case team members and clients in a fast-paced environment and must be able to quickly learn methodologies and approaches used in GAMMA Lighthouse, understand case / client context, and develop advanced skills in using the relevant tools of the Lighthouse stack (Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, Python, etc.).


Product Delivery, Implementation, Training, and Support

  • Working collaboratively with BCG teams and clients in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Demonstrating a proactive, solution-based approach to enhance client relationships (in meetings, calls, emails, slack, etc.)

  • Understanding complex algorithms and business logic, including SQL and Python scripts

  • Capturing case team's business requirements and data needs

  • Responding swiftly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests; troubleshooting app / data configurations; addressing client service issues

  • Supporting several case engagements in parallel and applying a proactive, solution-based, approach to enhancing client outcomes and value delivery

  • Proactively supporting the implementation of complex projects together with BCG counterparts, including setting and managing case team expectations based on the current state of product offerings and coordinating resources on the GAMMA Lighthouse Enablement team to ensure a smooth delivery

  • Performing analysis of client and Lighthouse data to determine parameters requirements for application's setup, including ETL and processing of data, as needed

Technical Delivery, ETL Implementation, Training, and Support

  • Supporting complex use cases of Lighthouse data sets; writing queries per case team's needs

  • Providing guidance to BCG case teams to enable them to utilize the platform and its corresponding data assets

  • Collaborating with GAMMA Lighthouse technical teams to diagnose and resolve portal and data asset's technical and/or non-technical problems, bugs, performance, and other issues

  • Representing the Lighthouse team in demos, meetings, etc. and promoting the solution with internal stakeholders

  • Providing guidance to case teams and clients (business users and IT team) to select the right data, make the most of the offering, and capture feedback on how to improve the proposition

  • Maintaining and creating documentation to aid users understanding of the offering


  • 3-5 years relevant work experience and advanced degree (BS/MS OR PhD).

  • Experience in areas such as data and / or analytics-related work, data management, insights generation from data / software applications, end user support and training, or related activities

  • Degree with strong academic achievements in business management, engineering, mathematics, data science, or similar

  • Initial client-facing experience in a SaaS environment, tech industry or consulting

  • Knowledge in the following fields, technologies, and tools:

  • Skills in interpreting data and generating business insights from data

  • Advanced skills in data management tools such as SQL and Snowflake and analytics tools such as Python

  • Interest and ability to learn analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, etc.

  • Strong understanding of MS PowerPoint and Excel
