The role is based in the school HR Department and will give you the opportunity to expand your people and administration skills.
Main Details 36 Hours a week Monday - Friday 8-4 due to the nature of this role, this is a Full Time office role
This position is a temporary post offering:-- Competitive rates of pay- Working during school term time only- Covering maternity leave until approximately April 2023- Weekly pay- Excellent transport links- Contributory pension- Randstad discount opportunities with many high street retailersResponsibilities:--Payroll administration experience within a HR role based in a school environment-Experience of giving first level advice on policy and procedures-Strong payroll experience duties-First point of contact for communication between school and payroll provider-Dealing with pay-related enquiries-Recruitment and on-boarding processes-Sickness absence and monitoring-Provision of workforce information and reports-HR systems administration and implementationThe ideal person for the role will have:-- HR & Payroll Experience of working in a school setting - this is an essential requirement- DBS clearance on the DBS update service (Randstad can support you in processing this)- Strong communicator- Quick learner- Able to multi-task
