EMA Patient Transport provide specialist mental health secure transport and non-emergency patient transport to the NHS, local authority, CCGs and individuals. We are looking for an experienced and results driven Sales Manager who will drive sales for the next phase of our business. You will be a key addition to the newly introduced leadership team, directly impacting on revenue growth for the Company. Working in line with the Company strategy and objectives, you will proactively and tenaciously explore new and existing business opportunities within the healthcare sector to maximize business profitability, whilst ensuring that quality of delivery, and patient care, is at the forefront of your mind. What s in it for you? £30,000 per annum base salary, which could be up to £100,000 OTE. Free onsite parking Use of a Company car for client visits Eligibility for a Blue Light Card paid for by EMA Access to an Employee Assistance Program Auto enrolment into the People's Pension scheme Staff Social Events 10% staff discount at our local accredited garage Key Responsibilities & Duties Utilise a variety of communication tools to establish relationships, and self-generate appointments, with prospective clients within the transport and healthcare industry. Define and execute new business sales campaigns. Build and maintain a customer base to expand revenue streams and meet business finance objectives. Provide honest, exciting and enticing pitches to prospective clients, with a focus on outlining the quality of the service available. Provide detailed and clear proposals to new businesses. Attend industry appropriate events for networking purposes. Analyse and assess healthcare industry trends and changes to stay abreast of new opportunities and identify problem areas before they arise. Manage relationships with new and existing clients, providing advice and guidance to resolve queries and objections, ensuring that follow up and resolutions are delivered Full duties will be found in the Job Description.
