We are currently working with a organisation based in Huthwaite to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk to join a friendly and supportive team, this role offers excellent training and support and a great career path onto management. You will be provdied with full training and support and a strucured career plan to Sales Ledger Manager in the future.
Working in a team of 5 you will be responsible for dealing with customer queries and allocating payments.
This is an exciting role for someone from a sales administration or finance administration background to expand on their knowledge and experience within an environment where you will be given the support and training needed to progress your career in finance.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Answering inbound calls to Credit Control and directing to the appropriate team/team member accordingly
- Investigate customer queries
- Banking, posting and allocating of payments to the customer accounts
- Setting customer credit limits and ensuring customers are trading within them
- Process new applications
This role offers some excellent exposure in an finance administration role for someone looking to get into finance and offers excellent progression into other areas of accounts.
