Each of us has a stake in the successful outcomes of every patient we treat.**Risk Management and Quality experience highly desired**Job Summary:*Under the direction of the Director of Quality & Infection Prevention contributes to the organization’s risk management, safety and quality initiatives. Works with the Director, leaders, the medical staff and stakeholders, to develop and implement processes focused on the improvement of patient outcomes and healthcare delivery. Subject matter expert for risk management and patient safety processes. Collaborates with others to resolved issues related to patient care, communication, policies and resources*Job Qualifications:** Minimum of 5 years current work experience in an acute care setting.* IL RN License or can obtain licensure by time of hire required* Prior experience in risk management, safety and/or quality* Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  Master’s preferred* Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred* Certified Professional healthcare Risk Management preferred.* Process Improvement, Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred. *We win together* Each CTCA employee is a Stakeholder, driven to make a true difference and help win the fight against cancer.
