PI Account Handler - City/Wfh - up to £30,000 - Lloyd's BrokerYour new companyYour new role working as a PI Account handler managing renewal and new business, will be within an established Wholesale Lloyd's Broker based in the heart of the city. Your new Brokers specialise in the placement of business into the London market on behalf of UK and European intermediaries who are a fast growing, with a friendly and vibrant team. Your new Brokers ensures that they attract the most talented professionals and create an environment where all employees have a stake in their success. Due to the growth within their Professional Risks team a new position for a PI Account handler has arisen.Your new jobYour new job as a PI Account handler working within the professional risks division handling renewal and new business as well as Broking to Underwriters. You will be responsible for the general day to day administration and account broking of PI risks as well as managing the renewal process. Your other duties will include broking and or liaising with underwriters to obtain quotations and provide additional information as required. Preparing Cover Notes, MRC slips, debit notes etx and other pre and post-order documentation and processes. You will also contribute to the overall goals of The Professional Risks Department both financial and non-financial, and manage the New Business process, including allocation, and all other matters relating to new businessWhat you will need to succeedYour previous experience working handling PI ( Professional Indemnity business) as an Account handler or Broker will contribute to the success of you securing this role. You will have an excellent understanding of the PI insurance market as well as good technical understanding of professional risks insurance policies designed to cover them. Ideally you will be Cert CII qualified and have excellent time management skills, a hardworking team player with a positive can-do attitude. They would be willing to cross train someone who has commercial Account handling experience.What you will get in returnYou'll be offered a competitive salary of up to £30,000 on an annual basis depending on experience and a comprehensive benefits package, you'll receive support from both directors your colleagues and management.
