Marketing Manager 12 month FTC. Remote or Hybrid working
This is an exciting and ground-breaking opportunity to work as a B2B marketer. Being creative and a great communicator is essential, with hands on experience of running PPC and retargeting/remarketing campaigns, you will be working with a small project team and an award-winning external agency to help make the campaign a success. Whilst the Agency is focussed on consumer communications, with over 30 key sponsors involved in the campaign, this role is critical to ensuring the delivery of sponsor benefits and working with companies and representative bodies across the sector.
You will devise and deliver all communications with industry stakeholders, including sponsors, trade bodies, etc. by ensuring my clients brand is being applied consistently and as widely as possible. This is a wide ranging and varied B2B marketing role, sourcing and writing collateral and digital copy, running digital campaigns for sponsors (PPC and retargeting), organising events, and working with sponsors and the Agency to make the biggest impact for the campaign. Whilst this is initially a 12-month contract, for the length of the campaign, the campaign might be extended. There could also be an opportunity for the right candidate to join the business in the Marketing and Communications team at the end of the project.
Creating case studies and collateral for the campaign website
Planning and running digital/PPC/retargeting campaigns on behalf of sponsors
Working with sponsors and liaising with the appointed agency to ensure that sponsor benefits are delivered on time and on budget.
Campaigns and communications to the industry and sponsors
Planning, promoting and running live and on-line events
Stakeholder liaison through regular project meetings to update on progress and achievement for the campaign.
Ensure that the brand is applied correctly and consistently and as widely as possible.
Ensure campaigns deliver on time and to budget and establish regular reporting procedures to feedback to sponsors and steering groups
Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of relationships with sponsors, potential sponsors
Deliver integrated campaigns alongside other members of the campaign team to maximise awareness, and identify potential opportunities for expanding its reach throughout the year
Key Qualifications and Skills
Educated to degree level or equivalent marketing qualification.
Outstanding attention to detail with strong copywriting, proofing, and editing skills.
Experience in planning and delivery of PPC and retargeting campaigns.
Great communicator, both written and spoken.
Proven experience of planning, delivery, and measurement of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns with proven lead-gen/sales results as well as real focus on ROI and results.
Good understanding of cost and effectiveness of marketing activity.
Good understanding and use of GoogleAnalytics
Creative flair and passion for great marketing.
Able to prioritise work on own initiative, working to tight deadlines.
Proactive and problem-solving approach.
Whilst the role is home based, occasional travel to meetings and events will be required.

Salary - £35,000 to £42,000 per annum
