We believe when money moves, better things happen.*Better requires a relentless pursuit of better*In this role, you will manage the activities involved with the needs assessment, design, preparation, and delivery of training and talent development programs to support company-wide strategic business objectives. You will work both independently and lead project teams using training theories, adult learning methodologies, and advanced instructional design capabilities to create effective training materials, lead complex training programs/initiatives, and manage stakeholder expectations. This position works with functional organizations and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop practical and high-quality training and programs that address the training needs of the entire company. You will also work closely with the Compliance organization to support regulatory and policy requirements specific to our global compliance program that focus on industry trends and regulatory requirements and developments.You will be responsible for managing complex training programs and projects as well as consulting with multiple stakeholders on training needs and solutions. You will also identify and access current and future training needs and lead and manage efforts to streamline and use agile methodology to improve internal processes. In this role, you will create and maintain project and program documentation, manage and coordinate program/training schedules as well as review and approve training materials developed by team members.For such a pivotal role you will need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience including five or more years of experience with adult-leading methodologies, learning technologies, and experience in the instructional design field. As well as experience leading instructional design teams or programs and the demonstrated ability to break down complex ideas and information into simple, applicable training. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive commissions that align with individual and company performance.
