You'll design, develop, implement, and support privileged access management (PAM) through CyberArk integrations for various business functions. As well as this, you will help drive strategies, and best practices, establish repeatable processes and identify opportunities for improvements. You'll work across functions to improve PAM solutions and lead & support ongoing system operations. You'll monitor compliance, direct unsolved issues to the correct department, and assess security measures associated with privileged users and elevated access. You'll need to communicate with the architecture team to ensure PAM security standards are created and adopted into the framework. As a manager, you will need to Inspire and motivate your team and develop and increase the capability and skills of the current team. You'll need to hold at minimum an undergrad degree computer science, engineering, or a related field and have solid experience in a similar field within a regulated financial services environment. You have a working knowledge of Information Security, Identity and Access Management and an understanding of PAM tools such as CyberArk, Thycotic, or Beyond Trust. You'll need to be an experienced leader who demonstrates positivity and a proactive approach whilst executing your tasks. You'll need to demonstrate you can build from scratch, be a problem solver and have the ability to handle escalations. Being confident in working and communicating with senior executives is also required. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position.
