You will be responsible for delivering the digital banking lifecycle growth, strategy, and optimization for customer base marketing, cross and upsell, loyalty, and retention. You will lead performance marketing and understands the audiences we should target, including keywords and phrases for which we should be ranking. You will identify opportunities to improve product adoption and engagement. For this important role, you have at least 5 years of direct-to-consumer lifecycle management experience including email, in-app, push, and SMS with relevant experience driving customer acquisition and demand generation for FinTech’s. You possess unparalleled analytical skills with experience using various testing methodologies. You have worked with creative agencies and/or internal creative studios developing marketing assets.
