IT Support Engineer - 1st/2nd Line The Opportunity & Company: Leading provider of Insurance Services are looking for an IT Support Engineer to play an important role in ensuring the provision of high-quality technical support and timely customer service. This is a hands-on multi-disciplined technical role within the IT Support team for their 400 user-base. You will have good experience of supporting Windows/Office and pride yourself on your first-class customer service and communication skills. You will be providing deskside and remote IT support to the business user base, mobile device support, system checks, troubleshoot/resolving network connectivity issues, systems monitoring & reporting, contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance the team practices. The role will be offering Hybrid working with a split of Working from home and in the office. Core Technical Skills/Understanding for the IT Support Engineer are: Minimum of 3+ Years in a 1st/2nd Line support role Ability to effectively self-manage time and prioritise support tickets based on type and severity of reported incident. Windows Server and Desktop operating systems. Excellent knowledge of Active Directory. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/AD management. A flexible trouble-shooter/problem solver!
