Due to continuous growth, our client is looking to recruit a HR & Recruitment administrator to join their fun, friendly HR function.

Client Details

Our client is an established tech organisation based in Harrogate.

Description

  • Work with line managers to create job specs and uploading to relevant websites
  • Proactively approaching candidates through CV databases
  • Shortlisting and screening candidates
  • Giving feedback on applicants to hiring managers
  • Organising interviews, virtual and face to face
  • Supporting the HR function by working out of the shared HR inbox
  • Creating offer letters, contracts of employment and general changes of employment letters
  • Maintaining and maintaining the HR inbox & database
  • Escalating queries to relevant HR team members, assisting where necessary
  • Assisting in disciplinaries and grievance procedures as and when required
  • Supporting with the onboarding and off boarding

Profile

  • Have previous HR & recruitment experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong administration and organisation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use Outlook effectively
  • Confident and comfortable on the phone
