You will guide this group to deliver and support anti-money laundering programs to meet and support the overall goals and global strategies of the business. Your role will be to continue to develop three lines of defense by ensuring appropriate regulatory reporting, adapting Western Union program to emerging requirements, improving, implementing and enforcing polices, and addressing complex issues. You will build relationships with the leadership team, participate in governance forums and provide analytical data to make recommendations of future strategies.For such a critical role, you will have a Bachelors in Business or related field Education or equivalent experience is required. You need 8 years experience in AML compliance, to include experience with either a financial institution, regulator or similar policy making role. You have up to date regulatory knowledge within the global market within financial services. international experience in compliance is a plus . A solid number of years of this experience must be at a managerial level too, where you have lead teams across international locations. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance.
