Gluer Responsibilities:

  1. Retrieve foam and fiber and place on the gluing table the gluing.
  2. Retrieve, measure, components together per specification sheet.
  3. Glue the foam, fiber, and Duon components together per specification sheet.
  4. Pinch the cushions per specification sheet.
  5. Write your initials on the finished unit.
  6. Put finished unites on the conveyor belt or a flat as needed.
  7. Tally the number of units completed.

Gluer Qualifications:

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
