The role of Field Service Supervisor will see you lead a team ensuring strict SLAs are delivered. The team will be responsible for managing drivers that are assigned daily tasks. You will be responsible for the direct management of the team. Client Details My client, based in Solihull, are market leaders within the automotive reselling industry. They are part of a wider group that that deliver full end to end supply chain for customers. With over 2,000 drivers on a daily basis, this is a large operation that offers incredible progression opportunities within a market leading business. Description The key responsibilities for the Field Service Supervisor are; Direct management of the team ensuring SLA's and customer service targets are being delivered Find solutions to problems that arise during the day and executing the plan Manage both full time and self employed drivers HR Responsibilities - KPI management, return to work, disciplinaries Resolve customer queries or any escalations Conflict Resolution Provide fantastic customer service Profile The successful Field Service Supervisor will be; Experience managing/supervising a large team and operation Resilient Managing and influencing drivers Experienced within a customer service role Be used to a time critical environmentYou will be supervising a team that manages drivers on a daily basis. Having a customer service is important Experience within the transport industry is highly beneficial. Job Offer Field Service Supervisor Up to £30,000 per annum Monday through Friday Great benefits package and progression opportunities
