£21500, with up to 2 pay reviews in the first year + profit share

The job of the Customer Service

The customer support engages with customers over the phone or via email, working with industry stakeholders and working out better ways of doing things. Working in Operations, you'll be at the core of the business - working with customers. Taking full responsibility for all issues that you come across, you'll be delivering end to end customer service.
