We have an opportunity for an experienced, people and customer-focused to join our established team as a Client Relationship Manager. As our Client Relationship Manager, you will be site based and you will be working towards providing everyday support and driving client delight as well as being a point of escalation to all internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to ensure that all contracts are working in the most operational/cost-effective manner. You will be continually improving the service through insights and innovation. You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most well-known online retailers within the fashion and home sector. You will have direct reports into yourself across various levels, from administration support and account management who will all be supporting you in continuing to grow our key relationships between ourselves and our client team and find solutions to problems that occur. The Client Relationship manager will be welcomed into an enthusiastic, client orientated team who have a solid understanding of our key client s needs and requirements. You will bring your own innovative ideas and approaches to the team and wider business to help them become more agile in their daily tasks. This will be an interesting opportunity to be able to work with a variety of interesting clients and projects, which will give you great experience and exposure. You will join us on a full-time permanent basis working from our Eismann Way site in Corby, you will receive a competitive salary between £35-£45k depending on experience. Key responsibilities of our Client Relationship Manager: Develop an understanding of all our client s businesses using a variety of different sources Continuing to develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with all our clients and continue to build rapport Acquire a thorough understanding of key client s needs and requirements Serve as the key link of communication between key clients needs and their requirements Continue to make sure the correct products and services are delivered to clients within a timely manner Create a prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders Expand on current relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objective needs and requirements Develop a strong relationship with the operational team to ensure operational requirements of the client are being met What we need from our Client Relationship Manager: A confident individual who can identify and take the lead on new opportunities Previous experience within account management preferably within a 3PL environment Experience within multi-client operations Continuous improvement of client s services Proven ability to manage key stakeholders accounts and deliver on successfully growing accounts Proven team player who can lead a team successfully and bring people together to deliver excellent results What we offer in retrun to our Client Relationship Manager?
