Business Development Manager - Tagetik - £100,000 pa uncapped OTE plus car allowance and attractive benefits (basic salary up to £60,000 pa) - Central London or Remote

An award-winning Platinum Partner of CCH Tagetik and leading provider of other well-known technology solutions are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to specialise in the CCH Tagetik solution offering, whilst building and growing client relationships with new and existing businesses.

The company needs a Business Development Manager who will enjoy building a rapport with customers, onboarding new prospects, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you will work alongside industry experts in delivering a variety of technologies. The overall package comprised of a basic salary up to £60,000 pa plus a highly competitive commission structure where you will realistically have the opportunity earn in the region of £100,000 pa (this is uncapped so the sky's the limit!), plus a car allowance on top.

Location, Remote Working & Flexibility:

The company's office is located in Central London, and they are offering the successful Business Development Manager remote working with one visit to the office per month required for the team meeting (more frequently during initial few months). Travel to customers will also be required (driving license is required).

Company office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (any flexibility around these can be discussed).


As a Business Development Manager, your role will involve:

  • Being a successful member of the sales and account management team by achieving your overall revenue goal by onboarding new prospects or through upselling/cross-selling to existing clients
  • Enabling your customers to succeed by encouraging them to implement all relevant, beneficial features and benefits of the CCH Tagetik solution offering
  • Understanding your customer's requirements relating to their upcoming projects and digital roadmaps, attending meetings, and conducting software demonstrations
  • Contributing to the sales campaigns with others in the sales team (Inside Sales, Account Managers, Marketing)
  • Thinking strategically, working strategically, and striving develop and improve business strategies
  • Being an evangelist of the Tagetik products and remaining up to date on all current products and features

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar B2B Sales/Business Development role, specifically selling software and/or IT solutions
  • Preferably have experience selling EPM solutions (ideally Tagetik) and/or IT Managed Services into the mid-market
  • Have experience in financial management, business analytics, platform integration and/or process management
  • Be competent in nurturing and closing sales opportunities with a demonstrable track record
  • Preferably have an understanding of the finance function within businesses and any challenges relating to software and/or finance
