Behaviour Mentor Full-Time, Permanent Position Teaching Personnel are working with a local Special Educational Needs school who are looking for behaviour mentors to support their students. The school are part of an ever-evolving Multi Academy Trust, who all support children with Autism and Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH). They are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to build their support team, to provide consistency and strengthen their school initiatives. The school is based within Exeter Central, with the hourly rate being £10.77, 5 days a week Monday Friday 8:30am 3:30pm. The role would consist of: - Providing guidance and reassurance to a student, on a 1:1 or small group basis. - Supporting and encouraging full engagement in activities. - Working closely with the class teacher and other support staff to contribute to the planning and delivery of Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) as appropriate. - Utilising a wide range of methods, aids and approaches to bring out the very best in students.
