You’ll be reviewing consumer transactions trying to determine if anything suspicious is happening. This includes complex analyst of alerts concerning patterns and trends associated with suspicious activity, investigating any alerted activity, using public databased and records for research, and outreach to consumers as needed. This will include lots of research in both internal Western Union systems, and external open-source searches. You will work independently and as part of a team of other analysts.You will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field. Education or equivalent experience is a must. You also have 3 years of experience in any of the following: Bank Secrecy Act, AML Compliance, general compliance or risk-based compliance. Experience in compliance including knowledge and understanding of consumer protection laws and regulations as well as trends and issues is preferred. You’ve got strong attention to detail, are well organized and easily take on task with little to no guidance. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance.
