We believe when money moves, better things happen.*Relentless pursuit of better*We’ll be looking to you to direct and oversee the AML compliance team focused on Oversight of the First Line and enhancing the Compliance Customer Experience. You will guide this group to support compliant business growth by continuously improving the customer and agent experience as they encounter Compliance processes and controls. By partnering with the First Line of Defense you will continuously refine our ability to accurately detect, prevent, deter and report suspicious activity. Your role will be to implement the framework designed to identify potential opportunities, assess associated risks, refine solutions, and monitor performance to ensure solutions remain compliant and effective. You will build relationships with the leadership team, participating in governance forums and providing analytical data to make recommendations of future strategies.For such a critical role, you will need to have experience in either compliance, fraud or AML, and have up-to-date regulatory knowledge within financial services. A solid number of this experience must be at a managerial level too, where you have led teams across international locations. You will be consultative in your approach and have a persuasive manner to be able to resolve complex problems. You will have an overall passion for the customer and desire to have the best-in-class customer experience within the Compliance processes. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results is a must. Ability to communicate effectively, develop and present executive management reporting is expected. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
