Do you live in the Wiltshire area? Do you have experience in creating Excel spreadsheets (vlook ups, pivot tables, macros, formulas etc) with large amounts of data? and do you have an interest in accounts receivables The salary for this position is £30,000 per annum basic and a further £2,000 increase after successful completion of your probation (three months). The position is based in Calne, and involves liaising with clientele, chasing suppler documentation, collating information, sorting invoices, dealing with invoice discrepancies, and collating and chasing shipping notes from the USA, ensuring all information required is present to collate on Excel. Spreadsheets will involve complex data, therefor, having exceptional skills in this area is paramount in order to complete this to company standard. You will handle accounts payable and receivable. As your role evolves, there will be further duties to give greater variety to the role. Previous experience in a banking / financial service role would be beneficial for this role.
